Problème

Udder inflammation, or mastitis, is a leading challenge in dairy farming, causing significant economic losses. Subclinical mastitis is especially insidious because it shows no obvious symptoms, despite there being inflammation in the udder. This form of mastitis can progress unnoticed into clinical mastitis, making early detection and treatment crucial. The condition leads to a decrease in milk production and quality, which has direct financial consequences. The use of antibiotics is a common treatment method, but the disadvantage is that the milk is temporarily unsellable. In addition, it can lead to fines if the tank cell count, an indicator of udder health, is too high. Efficient monitoring and early intervention are essential to prevent the spread and escalation of subclinical mastitis.

Udder Health Bolus – Cow is a complementary animal feed in pressed bolus form for dairy cattle. It is composed of high-quality ingredients, including active essential oils such as oregano oil and mint oil, natural minerals and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, iron, selenium, cobalt, zinc and iodine. The Udder Health Bolus – Cow gradually releases these elements to the animal over a period of 5 to 7 days and serves to support udder health and the overall health condition.

Mode d'emploi

• Remove the plastic around the bolus.
• Shoot one bolus into the animal's mouth with the special bolus shooter.
• If necessary, administer a second bolus after 1 - 2 weeks.
